Serious question: why all the virgo hate?

don’t be nervous! first of all congratulations! secondly, i honestly would take what anyone here says with a grain of salt. pop astrology has created toxic hate towards certain signs. there’s nothing wrong with virgos. your son will have a whole birth chart with degrees, decans, and houses, that will mold them from experiences and life.
one of my fav astrology tik tokers just went through a series of debunking virgo stereotypes. they go by the handle 0degreestaurus if you wanted to take a look 🙂

There’s plenty of hate for men of all signs on this sub: sag men, cancer men, leo men, pisces men etc… you’ll find people scorched by all signs.
Almost seems like a shitty person is shitty regardless of sign!

I’m double Virgo—sun and rising. I radiate Virgo energy 😂It’s such a wonderful life. Full of love, service to others, just the right amount of ambition to make me successful without becoming cut throat.
I have worked to channel and respect my Virgo-soul needs. Structure, routine, and discipline make me happy.
I need my mind engaged and my body cared for in equal measure. (Stay active in studies, regular gym routine, healthy diet tailored to my sensitive stomach, etc). If I’m not honoring my Virgo needs I slide into being critical, perfectionist ocd, emotionally unavailable, harsh, and anxious. But the bright side is, a little tweak in my structure and getting back on track, and I’m in good form immediately.My fellow Virgos are often misunderstood, but we are the pillars of our communities and families.
Let your Virgo son know his healthy divine feminine side. Give him independence, but structure. Teach him to listen to his body, if it doesn’t feel well, he won’t do well.
You’re lucky to be having another little earth baby to round out your trio!

I will say that my Virgo moon in 12th is my most hated placement. It’s a very difficult energy… not for other people usually, but for the Virgo placement holders. Anxiety, panic, inability to see the big picture/constant focus on the little details even to our detriment, constant desire to be liked and helpful even when people don’t deserve it, brain that won’t shut off, insomnia, hyper self-critical, etc.
It’s not all bad, I think it’s where I get my sense of humor (and my Gemini Mercury/Venus), but I really do envy people that can turn their brains off and go with the flow more easily without worrying themselves sick.

Virgos are amazing!! People hate virgos because they know how to solve EVERY problem and want to and will! This means they are normally bossy. Also virgos will speak up for the underdog if someone is getting mistreated and jobs, bosses, parents, etc May hate being called out. Virgos are great!
Edit: they can be anxious because they know how to solve problems and can see the problem. If their community, job, partner, parents don’t allow them to fix stuff they become anxious. If your LO is a Virgo, let them lead! Let them solve problems, and speak up. It’ll be great

One of my favorite boyfriends I ever had is a Virgo! He was the only ex I ever maintained a friendship with.
Also, my mom is a Taurus and my dad was a Virgo and they were high school sweethearts, happily married until he passed away ❤️

Virgos are natural critics. They can analyze what you need to do to be better. Not everyone welcomes or appreciates this information.

The best thing you can do for your child is to stop taking in astrology information about how his personality will be. Seriously. If you want to revisit later for fun, sure. But you’re just programming yourself with both positive and negative expectations. There is a famous Neville Goddard story of a woman who mis-read a client’s chart. She said, “Neville, the man came to me wanting to know if it was a favorable time for him to make a big investment. The pages were stuck together, and I gave him the wrong advice. What do I do?”
Neville said, “Did he believe you?” She said, “Yes, he left so excited.” Neville said, “Then, don’t worry about it; it will come to pass.”
EDIT: The point of the story being, our personal beliefs about ourselves and others override anything in the chart. We’re here to be creators =)

I wouldn’t pay attention to the hate on this sub because like somebody else said. Every sign gets hated here. But Virgo Men and Virgos in general are very observant, Analytical, and hardworking. With him he will always get his work done and strive to be the best he can be in his career field. The cons would be that he can be critical and have a hard time expressing his feelings. I’m a double Virgo and have a hard time expressing my emotions. Maybe because I don’t have any water placements in my chart. Also since we are Mercury ruled we need a lot of mental stimulation.

I raised a Virgo son, prepare yourself for a child who loves to have a clean room, they will notice if you moved their shoes from the left side of the bed to the right side, particular about their clothes/style, does homework, goes 1000 percent into anything their into ( sports, playing instruments, etc). Only thing is when things don’t go perfect they might take it out on the person they love the most. Out of my 4 children he is the most consistent, helpful and driven. Congratulations, you’re gonna have a great time just listen and help them relax, as they tend to be high strung.

Virgos are the redheaded stepchild of earth signs. They are very diff from Taurus and Capricorn and really hard to pin/get to know.

They are really repressed and anxious and take out all of their bad feelings on the poor suckers interested in them. They worry so much they hardly ever get around to doing things. They are so critical of everyone. Also themselves. It can be debilitating.
Sometimes. Lol.
They have kind hearts though.

The only annoying thing I’ve seen about Virgos is that they think they know *everything* yet tend to have a poor intuition since they’re so logically-driven.
Yes, they can solve practical problems and make great engineers, stylists and performers in general, but they tend to have the perspective that their word triumphs above all. That’s just been my experience with them— every single time one of them says their “intuition” and “divine wisdom” tells them something, it’s usually proven wrong.
