A nightmare then a good dream. Is God giving me a warning ir?

So last night when I went to bed, I had a sort of nightmare and then when I woke up at 3am, k kept hearing some stuff in my head then even I went back to bed, I had a good dream.
What does this mean?

It’s a really broad situation. Did either the nightmare or the dream have to do with what’s been happening while awake in life? I know we often dream according to what’s being going on, stressing us out, who we’ve been thinking about, etc. Also a shift in mindset. Have you been hoping for more positive things or been happier? It’s possible your brain is fighting the negatives or able to deal with them.
