So for the longest time I would randomly talk to what was believed to myself but for my I always had something talk back.
Let me clarify.
As usual I would like talking to myself but I would always have some phrase or answer pop in my head like just out of no where. I could be in my room just on my phone hearing music and I would suddenly have a phrase or sentence pop in my head and I would answer back out loud and it would go from there.
Sometimes I would hear the phrase or sentence but usually I would just hear it in my head.
My question is am I communicating with something or is it just me being me? I’ve always wondered this.
I would feel like something was there with me talking to me while I was hearing those phrases or sentences.

No idea but it has happened to me forever. When I was young I wondered too. But then I thought whatever lol I’m just appreciative I get good thoughts and/or advice. It’s good to question things always but sometimes there’s just no answers 🙂

hearing voices in your head is not a good sign. It can be a sign of various different mental illnesses. You should probably talk to a psychiatrist.

I have a story! Ive been reaching out to my guides (or whoever will listen) lately, and they speak back. The way I’ve been telling it apart, and this is just me, but when I speak in my head, it feels like it’s coming from lower, like near my mouth. But when they answer, it’s feels like it’s coming from above like near the crown of my head or forehead.
Anyways, I felt the same way as you and never really knew for sure if it was real. So, one day, the message they gave me was to “try to find the best in everything.” Nice message. I asked, is there something you can do to prove to me that this is real? Can you give me a sign? And they said “make-up”. So I was like.. ok?? I don’t even wear makeup… Immediately after I went into my exercise class. The instructors 2 year old granddaughter is up front playing with toys during class. The very last song plays as we cool down and stretch, and it’s this great song about “so much beauty in the world” and it immediately reminded me of the message they gave me an hour earlier. In that exact moment, the little girl pulled out a make-up kit and started applying real make-up. The whole class was laughing at her and talking about how she really looked like she knew what she was doing. Anyways- that was my sign. And I felt it was very real.
So 1. Try to differentiate the voice- how does it sound different than your own? 2. Ask for a sign to prove it’s real. 3. Enjoy!

If you want to try to work out if it’s you or a spirit then write down what you are told. At that point ask a question and then ask for a time frame, write it down and then wait to see what happens

It’s impossible to say. Did you often reach out and attempt to communicate before this started happening? If not I kinda think it could just be stray thoughts. The rest of us have them too, and it’s not that uncommon to be surprised by your own thoughts.

Spirit and or your night self could and probably is communicating with you. One thing to keep in mind is spirit or your higher self would never tell you to do anything bad. If that happens you would need to seek an evaluation.

You have to ask yourself… do these responses sound like something I would normally say?
