Anyone know who the black shadow beings are when you astral project or lucid dream in your room? Are they good or bad?

There is difference between perceiving shadow people and Shadow people.
Some people perceive any spirit like shadowy person. This could be anything and anyone. Its just how their psychic abilities translate to their sight.
Actual Shadow people are spirits of Saturn. They are completely harmless 99% of time. And what they are for sure is curious in what we do. Even like mundane stuff. Often they visit people with bad mental health because Saturnian energy has a lot to do with shadowwork and traumas and such.
So are they good or bad ? I’d say neutral good.

I know when I had my first awakening I saw them everywhere… but I was also fearful and going through different emotions. They frightened me always… so I always perceived them as bad. But I was also in low vibration… once I raised it I never saw them again.
