I’ve had psychic experiences off and on my entire life. They began as prophetic dreams when I was child and when I grew older developed into an ability to communicate with the spirits of deceased people. My abilities are still very limited and half the time I’m convinced I’m making the whole thing up. It doesn’t help that few people in my life believe me when I talk about my experiences. I’d love to share my experiences and hear about others. I’d could really use the validation. My mom sent me to a psychiatrist when I tried talking to her about this so…. yeah. I’ll take comments, messages, or whatever you have to offer. Thanks.

If you’re interested in development, and haven’t already, I’d start with learning to understand your energy. Establish a consistent practice of grounding/centering yourself. These simple practices will bring your energy IN and anchor it leaving you with a more “stable” feeling. As you’re doing those practices you’re learning YOUR energy and what YOU feel like. This leads to better discernment when you’re interacting with others (including spirit). It will also lead to a stronger, more robust energy body. I am on the same exact boat. I had many experiences that should bring me to 100% belief that I am in fact, talking to spirits.
But time goes on and it’s on and off. I have no control over it (or so I think)
I am very weary of talking about this.
Most of the time it’s either disbelief or fear as a response.
I would be glad to talk with someone with the same experience just to see what we both can agree on.
Also I believe in reinforcement in that area.

I’m envious of your gifts ♥️ I’ve had a couple of prophetic dreams and a deceased loved one visit in dreams but only as a child. I think I’ve probably shut it down since then. I wish you luck on your journey!
