Above you see a decan astrological wheel designed for the Thoth tarot.
I wanted to ask, why is it that the astrological correspondences are off? Like in Leo, why should Uranus be exalted? Pluto is the one that should be exalted in Leo ([https://www.astro.com/astrowiki/en/Detriment](https://www.astro.com/astrowiki/en/Detriment)). And the opposite for Scorpio (Pluto has the rulership, and Uranus should be exalted).
Is there a reason or is it a mistake?
If it is a mistake, can you suggest me an easy software (not excel) to make a wheel of my own?

The original Golden Dawn system based on the Chaldean zodiac did not use the three “modern” planets Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Personally, I wouldn’t use the one you attached. (It won’t let me attach the graphic for mine.)

This is the TMI of decan wheels. I personally don’t understand the utility of including planetary dignities in this type of chart in the first place. That said, there are things here I agree with (the exaltation of Mercury in Virgo, which is not included in the astro.com table), things I’m on the fence about (the inclusion of the aces with the princesses in the outer ring), and things I don’t agree with (the assignment of rulerships and dignities to outer planets).
Have you considered compiling the information you want to include in your chart in a table, then drawing your own chart by hand? It could be a very instructive exercise.
