I have 100% been offered jobs after someone learned I was a Capricorn. I personally don’t even look at charts when I’m interviewing employees though as I very much agree with the Capricorn from the article.

Bit of a legal question, is using astrology discriminatory?

I ask because I’ve refused to interact with people based on astrology, and when I told them why they accused me of discrimination.

Discrimination is defined as treating someone differently because they belong to a certain group, but I think for it to be legal grounds the discrimination has to be specifically marked as against the law.

Edit : I looked it up, seems discrimination is only illegal if based on race, age, gender, etc. So I guess us astrologers can be astrocist all we want.
