Entities and spirits in the mirror dimensions

Not sure where else to post, so I’m going to leave here.

Can a spirit/entity embody someone’s reflection?

Asking because when I look at myself in a mirror (not all the time but most) I feel as if something else is watching me through my reflection, specifically through my eyes.
Like when I look into my eyes, I see something behind them, something that’s not my self looking back at me, if that makes sense.

It’s been happening for years with different mirrors, and I feel like it’s possible the same entity most of the time. Maybe it watching over me?

Anyone else experience this?
And is there a way to find out what it is and why it’s watching me with out opening a portal?
Or is this a bad thing and I should find a way to protect my self?

Also I am new to witchy stuff and never messed with mirrors or portal and probably shouldn’t yet, but I am simply curious and would like to know if any of this is possible for my future practice.
