Feeling Sick While Astral Projecting

Hey all! I frequently lucid dream but have never astral projected, I have tried a few times but am never successful the other night I was trying and I got to that weird vibrating state, and everything seemed so loud. Suddenly my whole body felt weird and swoosh-y like I was on a boat and I felt sick so I had to stop. Has anyone experienced this?

Did you ground and anchor before astralling? It sounds to me as if you had difficulty remaining anchored.or that you did not completely detach,(sans the silver cord).
