Had an intense experience last night.

So my cousin passed away unexpectedly at 43, he's 4 years older than myself and has always been very big brothery. So when he did pass it was overseas in China, which kind of threw me for a mental loop. Until family could go over and identify the body it was all very strange communication and procedure. So I just went into a deep meditative state and asked my cousin if he had actually passed along or not. The response I received what VERY INTENSE and made me cry for about 10 mins straight. Uncontrollable sobbing. Then I felt a sense of peace and relief and have been able to cope with his death a lot healthier since.
