So I’m very new to tarot. Super green, no idea what I’m doing. But I’ve been watching a lot and trying to learn and I’m excited to be on this journey. I recently purchased my first ever tarot deck and it arrived today. I opened everything up and wanted to spend some times with the cards and just get to know the deck a bit. I laid them out and closed my eyes for a bit and just laid my hands on them. The feeling I had completely shocked me.
I immediately felt calm and peaceful. Like this overwhelming sense of calm and lightness that I haven’t felt in a very long time. And also a sense of coming home. It’s tough to explain but I genuinely felt connected to this deck and felt so calm and peaceful it nearly moved me to tears.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before? Is this real or am I delusional?
After that I took my time with each card to examine them and connect with them. Even after I did that and put them away, I still feel pretty dang peaceful.
