How do you see things for readings?

When I was young, I saw a lot of things. I could see deceased relatives and I could talk to them. But as an adult. It just doesn’t happen. I miss that ability that I had. As an adult sometimes I may have a premonition in a dream. But I just don’t have that same ability.

So, how do you see the future, images in your minds eye, voices, dreams?
