When I hear a response it feels different from my thoughts, like it doesn’t belong to me. I’m probably not explaining it very well, the responses feel like “downloads” in a sense, like I’m getting information I shouldn’t have. I think its really easy to doubt that information being given to us and write it off as our own thoughts, but be patient! Developing skills like these take time and practice.
