How to invoke a deity

Hello i wanted to invoke a deity (let me prefix by saying that i am still a beginner and i am not looking to follow a certain deity knowing its a lot of work and i dont have enough expiriance for it 🙂 )
i have beem having troubles with my family lately and i need some help and guidence from them but i dont know which one to invoke

Sit down and meditate and ask your guardian angel for help. Its gonna be easier for beginner than just randomly invoking some deity.
