How to speak with spirit guides

Hi! So I’m trying to find an easier way to talk to my spirit guides. Doing tarot cards gets confusing to me, and I try listening to my inner voice but it doesn’t always work (as I’m i don’t hear anything or it’s a jumbled mess that I can’t decipher. If someone has a method for communicating clearly with spirit guides, please teach me how to do it. I would appreciate it!

Look up the book Body Signals by Robert K Dubiel. Its basically a system of hand signals. Very interesting

The “jumbled mess” you’re referring to is more than likely their messages. Trust, I know exactly what you’re experiencing.

Try writing down what comes to your mind, as weird or as random as it may seem. Something will eventually stick out that is significant to what you’re asking or trying to gain understanding from.

Another thing you can do is get a piece of paper and start doodling WHILE focusing on meditating. This practice is good for distracting your conscious mind while you try to tap into your subconscious. Sometimes, the doodles might be a message or it can even turn into automatic writing.

your intention is what you use to communicate and your belief is what powers the strength of the connection.

if you dont have a strong intention then you won’t get an intentional response. if you don’t believe it then you won’t believe the response.

so you have to have strong intentions and a strong belief, then the reading will reflect that.

That’s a great question to ask your guides. They will guode you how to best communicate with ’em.

I often hear my guides when i am doing things i enjoy. When i worked on Motorcycles was when i felt closest to my guides and seemed to get the best connection.

I talk to my guides a LOT, like nearly all day and night. Asking qiestions, inviting guidance and comfort. Times is hard 🤣

I do find that when i bow down on the Earth or put my hands on Trees, that i receive a clear signal.
