markParticipantSo…edited.
I just have one question. How can I get someone’s presence out of my mind. I work for and live with my aunt. She is overbearing and I am very much withdrawn and submissive but I have almost no time to unwind. When I do. I still feel her presence.
Any type of practice to help me have the courage to have boundaries with her both irl and in my mind?

You need to see a doctor about your schizophrenia

GuestJuly 4, 2021 at 7:50 pmWhen I can’t get negativity out of my head I either meditate with a calming or uplifting crystal like kyanite, obsidian or amethyst, or I prepare an uncrossing ritual bath, which you can google.
These are only temporary fixes, however, the longer term answer is medical help and moving out.

GuestJuly 4, 2021 at 7:50 pmTry meditating. Also try making the relationship with her better, connecting with her. Nothing to do with witchcraft, but psychology. The relationship could be a burden to your mind, so try gently voicing your opinion to her, and asking her to help you by giving you some room. Just be careful not to offend her, and make sure nobody gets agitated. After all, the point is to understand each other and help each other out, not create further issues.
Sometimes there is no magical solution, and we have to do the hard work of communication.
