If there was a psychic congrats like Im five page, this would be perfect for it. My dreams are really coming into alignment and I just feel so amazed at how all the little steps I’ve taken led me here.
I’m a reiki practitioner, aura artist, and past lives reader, and I’ve slowly been building my business as an online reader since covid hit. I love online readings, but I had always hoped to do readings in person at a shop one day too, but it felt so far away. Then I moved kinda spontaneously to Washington from California, and in my first week I was in a thrift store when I overheard a conversation about a new crystal and tarot shop that was opening a few doors down.
When it opened I went in for a healing session from the shop owner, we clicked and she could see my gifts during the session, I gave her my card and off I went. I had the idea a few days later to come back and ask if we could trade volunteer hours for a reader spot. When I walked in the door she said I was hoping you’d be back, I’d like a healing from you! (I felt so honored) I brought up my idea, and she said that I could volunteer if I’d like, or I could just have the reader spot.
I just had my first weekend there!!! I get to be around crystals and make an earning doing what I love!
If I can get to this point, trust me, you can too!!

Wow. I’m so happy for you! Congratulations on your new spot! How exciting, I’m truly grateful you shared with us. Have fun, and I’m sure you’re headed in a great new direction and your business will totally take off. Plus being happy where you get to spend your work day makes it just all that much better! YAY!

I just did my first in person reading for my friends in December. I was confident in my efforts and it paid off as they were blown away by how accurate I was. I could feel their energy clear and shift based on my words and I let my higher self do the talking while I took a mental backseat during the whole thing. The thing I didn’t expect during the reading was how much it took out of me. It made the hour long drive home suck.
But I do have a question. As a rekei practitioner, past life reader, etc, do you feel drawn to do those things as practice or do you build up to that level?
I’m more drawn to divination and energy reading, and have master level receiver training, but I’m having trouble branching out to something like, say, energy healing. I’m I having too high expectations for myself or am I just not attuned to the practice like one would be as a hobby?

Where in Cali? My sister lives in San Diego and has loads of witchy spiritual connections in case you’d want some company.. I know moving to a new place can be overwhelming, and although it’s clear like you’re on the right track, just wanted to make the offer anyway 🙂
