I keep hearing the upcoming Mercury retrograde will affect fixed risings the most. Why is that?

Hi! I’m new to astrology, trying to understand the reasoning behind why some are saying this coming Mercury rx will especially affect fixed rising signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius).

I can perhaps understand why fixed signs, as the retrograde is happening in Aquarius, but why **rising** fixed signs specifically? Can anyone please explain? Thanks!

Since Aquarius is a fixed sign, the retrograde will square or oppose the planets in other fixed signs.
