Is other people using your unused tarot deck bad

I had gotten this tarot deck a while ago but I’ve been waiting to use it until I actually fully understand how to use tarot and understand each card. Recently thought my mom had invited people to our house, it was early in the morning and I had just woken up and as I entered the dining room I saw one of her friends had taken my tarot deck out of our dresser and started using it and giving her other friends readings. In the moment I just let her keep using because I didn’t know how to politely ask for them back I probably wouldn’t have been as sad about this but the deck had never been used and I was really looking forward to interviewing and getting to know the tarot deck I guess I’m just worried that like now the deck will be mixed with different energies if that makes sense?? I guess im also just upset she went through my stuff without asking😭
