So, at least once a day, I’ll go outside and I’ll see white butterflies. Another thing is I keep seeing repeating 1’s. I don’t know if this is a sign or what? Can someone help?

I don’t know where you are but white butterfly’s are abundant where I am. The more you take notice of them the more of them you will notice. If they hold any spiritual significance to you then do some reading up on their symbolism. If they do not, then I wouldn’t bother.
