Is very frequent nightmares a sign of something? Like a bad spirit attachment or something idk.

I’m pretty new to this so idk, but I was complaining to my friend abt how many nightmares I always have and she told me there might be bad spirits around me or that I was surrounded by bad energy or something like that. Is this true and what should I do?
I moved houses with my mom, I had nightmares in our old apartment and they followed into the new one, and I have the nightmares at both my mom and dads houses.

This is not really a medium issue. Itnis physiological and can be emotional. Do you repress emotions, have trauma in your past, have health issues, job stress, financial worries? These are questions that are better dealt with by seeking the advice of a doctor, not the interpreters for the deceased.
