As someone said on Twitter, “If lesbians can control themselves when girls wear revealing clothes but men can’t, maybe the clothes aren’t the problem.”
Because of course the clothes aren’t the problem. They never were. The clothes have always been nothing more than a convenient excuse.

I mean, just think about pedophiles.
The majority of rapes happens on minors, and 1/4 of all rapes are done by a family member. Because 9 times out of 10, the victim knows who’s the perpetrator, they’re often a relative.
If you genuinely believe being a victim of sexual has anything to do with being sexually attractive, you’re definitely a fucked up individual.
It’s about cultural norms that trivialize women’s suffering and submission, and attack their individuality and their humanity in order infringe on the very concept of consent. You’re not a dude with urges, you’re just treating women like shit.

Alas, this is the reality that thousands will now face under the rule of the Taliban. My heart cries for the women and girls. I’m so fearful of any woman that held any position of power there, they will surely be killed.

Men who can’t keep their opinions or their hands to themselves should not be out on the streets without a chaperone.

Dont force women to cover up, if anything, educate men on how to not behave like animals (especially in some part of the world) in front of us

Maybe a week or so ago a 21yo woman was killed in Afganistan for wearing to ‘well-fitted’ burka.
