I’ve had deceased relatives pass on messages in my dreams

One was after the birth of my first son and I heard her say “ oh he’s beautiful”
I also saw her again as a white mist once but I knew it was her. One other time I felt her hand and it was cold as ice.

My first encounter was with another relative after she passed and I was three.

Are these abilities? How do I become more in tune if they are ?
