I am having problems at work with some coworkers undermining my work.

Question: What is the outcome for me at my job?

Page of swords- interpret that as me since the question was directed towards me. I clarified it and got the 6 of wands reversed. I will be unsuccessful at defending myself.

7 wands reversed – I will fail to defend my job and myself.

Judgement reversed – I am not competent at my job or I will be deemed as incompetent.

When I looked at the spread as a whole, I interpret it as I will be fired.
