    I had mine 3 years ago and everyday I still feel the absence of the pain and discomfort I carried around for decades.

    I hope you feel the same kind of relief for years to come.

    Awesome. One thing to be aware of (Iā€™m sure you probably are already). Having even a partial hysterectomy will trick your body into thinking it is in menopause. You will most likely have all the symptoms now and then again in 15 or 20 years when your body naturally goes into menopause. So you will probably have some sleepless nights ahead. Night sweats are a BITCH!!!!! But YAY for the lack of pain.

    I’m happy for you!

    I’ve personally had zero menstrual pain since my salpingectomy last April. It’s a whole different experience!

    They found a huge cyst on my left tube next to my ovary about the size of my ovary. It’s no wonder I hurt so much when I was ovulating and menstruating.
