Mean vs. True Lilith?

What is the difference between Mean and True lilith and which can be seen as your ‘real’ lilith sign?
I have my Mean lilith in Tauris (11H) but my True lilith in Aries (10H) and I’m soo confused on how to interprete this.

Mean Lilith is also Black Moon Lilith. This is usually the Lilith that comes up when you choose “Lilith” on astro.com under “additional objects” (and seems to be the Lilith most often used). It is the average of the orbit. True Lilith is also Osculating Lilith and uses the real orbit of Lilith. Both are pretty useful, and both are your “real” Lilith. Black Moon Lilith is the more “steady” of the two (or as steady as Lilith can be). You could almost think of Mean Lilith as being what True Lilith strives to be.
