I have no idea whether it belongs to a particular deck or not. The imagery is not traditional. The scene however could be interpreted somehow as the 6 of pentacles.

From the imagery it should be the 8 of tentacles bc there are 8 coins there

Probably the eight of coins, the devil is paying them for work. Making people grovel for money. We should never do work for money. If people want to pay u because they love what you do, then that’s ok. But never ever work for money or anything. That’s how money makes u a slave.

    Coins are pentacles.

    I’d guess 6 of coins.

I think it was rare to illustrate the pip cards (the cards that aren’t majors or court cards) in early decks, though not unheard of. Because of that I’d tend to guess this is a major, and most likely the devil. [This page](https://tarot-heritage.com/history-4/italian-tarot-in-the-15th-century/) has some images of older (15th century) black and white decks, thought they’re much more decorated than this image. [This page](https://tarotluv.com/blog/strange-history-of-tarot/) has a few black and white devil cards from older decks. But again, none of them are similar to this image.
