Interpretation: First thing that I noticed right away was that ALL three cards are Watery Libra cards.
The 2ofSw is the Moon in Libra, Prince of Cups is the first two decans of Scorpio and the Last decan of Libra, and the Queen of Swords has the First two decans of Libra and the last decan of Virgo.
So every degree of Libra is represented here. These cards cover 4 significant planetary placements in my chart

Astrology aside, there’s a peaceful balance between the duality of the Emotional Thought processes in the Prince and the Critical Analysis of the Queen. And together they find balance and completion. The Moon in the 2ofSw calls to the Prince and the Libra calls to the Queen. The Moon is Water, and Libra is Air. The Prince is the Airy way of Water and the Queen is the Watery way of Air.
