Period blood in spells

Can anybody tell me ways to use it in spells? I’ve heard about women using it to strengthen spells, pour it into earth, make art with it and then put it out as an offering..
But how exactly should it be used in spells? As an added ingredient or? To be exact I am planning on doing a communication spell.

I would dress an orange candle with it if candles are part of your spell

You could feed your magical herbs with it, add a few drops to magical ink, or else dehydrate and powder it to preserve it for longer. I sprinkle some powder on my incense to boost the power of my spells.

I like to take a bath pre-ritual or ceremony to cleanse myself and recharge my energy. If I’m on my period I see free-bleeding in the bath water as a form of adding strength to that recharge energy! It’s a lazy way if you don’t feel like gathering the blood via diva cup or otherwise for spellwork 🙂
