Quickly losing my abilities?

Hi there,

I've more or less had a general suite of gifts since birth, but over the past month or so, I've rapidly lost access to them. I won't go into a list unless necessary as most of you can probably guess what they are, but I'm struggling to figure out the causes and their loss is actually becoming debilitating due to my long term fundamental reliance on them as if they were just as normal as my eyes and ears.

The only thing that has changed recently is resuming an older career that I had put on pause for family matters- otherwise, life has been pretty plain and uneventful.

Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this?
