In an apparent Freudian Slip, the Senator from South Carolina commented that “if i had an accidental pregnancy, I’d not want to hold a newborn life responsible for my mistake…no matter who the guy was”.

This is supposed to be a “back peddle save our asses in the red states” and I “fuck you we want to control you body in the blue states”.

I will vote with all my heart, but I can’t help but feel frightened.
If the midterms sway in Republican favor, and if they win the Presidency in 2024, I will seriously consider living abroad with my family. The path to fascism is already under way, January 6th should be a huge wake up call.

I remember hearing Lindsay’s little speech on the Eve of Jan 6th. He was shaken. I think for a hot minute there, he fully realized the danger his party’s reckless rhetoric and propaganda posed to him and to us all.
The minute passed, and Lindsey returned to the heel of his master.
And now, every time i see him, I must chuckle because we can practically see the leash around his neck, being yanked.
Lucky for him, his spine is made of rubber, so he handily avoids whiplash.
