Ringing in ears – Not tinnitus

I have ruled out tinnitus and vertigo with a doctor in the past (as well as recently for school as my hearing is normal), this is a slightly uncommon occurrence for me and i feel a change in energy in a room when I hear it. I would like to know if this is something I could expand on if it does have anything to do with mediumship? I wouldn’t really know how, and I don’t exactly trust cosmo-like articles on google to tell me what it is. I’ve always been very interested in mediumship and if it is something you may think I could expand on I would love any book recommendations or advice

My suggestion, before you attempt to block the ringing, is to follow it. I am also clairsentient. The ringing happens all the time. It is your phone line and something wants to contact you. I would sit quietly in a meditative state and with intention follow it and ask what it is they need.

A few years ago I had the same suspicion and I have figured out that I am sensitive to energy, or clairsentient. Sounds like you are also a clairsentient being. I got really into manipulating and directing energy with stones and crystals and metals. From my learnings, that ringing noise is literally energy, or spirit. You can protect your self with crystals (which are minerals and interact with energy on an alchemical level) when you are maybe going to a graveyard or something. If you are hearing it in your own house when walking through rooms, I have found that it is most likely not a ghost, but more likely to be from my wi-fi router. I highly recommend getting a piece of shungite. I have a shungite necklace that I usually wear. You can touch it to anything and it will ⚡️ zap ⚡️ up whatever energy is lurking. You can also place pieces of black tourmaline on your threshold/doorways and windowsills to help direct energy.
