Seeing a triangle in mind’s eye?

Hi, so last night when I was praying (which I don’t usually do as I’m not very religious) the image of a triangle made of light showed up in my mind when I closed my eyes. It was bright enough that I could see it clearly for about 5 minutes and it definitely was not an afterimage, does anyone understand the symbolism behind this? This has never happened before and I’ve also noticed an increase in premonitive dreams and other things lately too so I’m wondering what’s going on. TIA 🙂
