Spell to help manifest success and ease transition in a new workplace?

I recently started a new job and while it’s going well so far, I find myself struggling with the transition. I’m about a month in and now that the “new-hire honeymoon phase” is fading my anxiety has been at an all time high and my depression has been bad too. I’m hoping to do some sort of spell or spell jar to help manifest optimisim, motivation, focus, and overall success. I know botswana agate can be good for change and aventurine is good for luck and prosperity, i have both stones and was wondering if i should involve them some how. Any tips/advice is much appreciated, TIA!

You could take them to work with you if they’re small enough for pocketing or if they’re bigger, and you have dedicated desk space, you could “display” them there to keep their energy happening in your workspace.
