Stellarium shows different location for fixed stars than websites or am i wrong?

So I have this Zubeneschamali exactly on my ascending when i look in stellarium but why is it in websites not said to be some degree in Libra instead of in Scorpio (it sais 19°22′) ? What systems do they use? Is Stellarium the same as Vedic – Lahiri or another system? I really dont get it, this website is also not using Tropical because if generating tropical chart it sais 13 22′ in scorpio instead of the 19 22′ they mention on the website. Can somebody maybe help me please?

In stellarium you cant see the degrees but thats because its an astronomical tool. And why did my picture not post … grrr.
