    Hello.
I am a woman on my early forties.
I don’t practice any religión, but I believe in God and the spirit word.
I never had any fear of dying, until now.
It appeared suddenly and gives me a great anxiety.
You see, I don’t fear the afterlife. I fear the idea of leaving my small family alone. I don’t think they have many people to rely on ( not talking as I am important here, is just they don’t) and I am scarwd to death of me dying.
Any ideas on what to do to overcome this?
    Thank you.

It could possibly be in indicated of how old you were when you died in a previous life. You reached the age where it happens and your cellular memory remembered it.

I’ve had this happen and have just told myself through meditation that I am safe and to let go of all fears from all my previous lives. I have also successfully helped others do the same.

It’s likely just anxiety and realizing you’re human and sometimes things happen. I wouldn’t take it as an omen of any kind. That being said, you should make a plan. Get a life insurance policy and get a will. Term life insurance is fairly cheap for a large policy and you can set up a will online fairly easily. That will hopefully give you some peace of mind.

I highly recommend the book Believe, Ask, Act by MaryAnn DiMarco. I feel like this would be the perfect topic to take to your spirit guide and ask for advice on how to release this fear / block. That book is amazing for a lot of different things, but I think that it could really bring you a lot of peace on this topic.

Life After Life by Dr Raymond Moody Jr. His near death experience research will set your mind at ease ♥️

I don’t think you have a fear of leaving, I think you have anxiety period and are attributing it to something that isn’t causing it. The mind does that with anxiety. We point at something and go “that’s the source!” when it’s not. Meaning rid the anxiety or fear and you’ll suddenly stop thinking that you’re afraid of dying. Your mind is spun up because of that. I would get into the habit of having the perspective that everything is the way it’s supposed to be and that even if you did die and left your family that too is how things ought to have been, especially when it comes to our death date. Their well being after you leaving would be a guarantee anywhoo. Anxiety is the result of looking at our surroundings and declaring it as being all wrong. If we think to ourselves “no, everything is actually just right,” we put our focus on that and feel its benefits. What you need is mental calm in any way you can get it, when it becomes a background chatter that’s when things go awry in every department.

I’m with thecrabbycrystal on this. I’d be happy to talk to you about spiritual matters but this sounds like anxiety and you should probably talk to a therapist first. Insurance is also good for peace of mind.

Did you lose anyone recently? Is there anything that might have set this off?

I suggest to maybe look into astral projection. That’s the process of leaving but you are still connected to a cord so you can always return. So when you die as I mean your physical body you will just exit your body and hop on the astral plane or reincarnate.
