Seems like another new-age toxic positivity post. Humans feel all sorts of ups and downs; I don’t see how promoting one side of the spectrum and insinuating that the other is “bad” and shouldn’t be felt ever helps anybody. Sometimes we gotta ride that black and white in order to get to the colors. They’re not different trees after all.
