I’m sorry if this question has been asked a thousand times. I’m new to reddit and am still learning how to navigate. I have seen “people” since I was a child. But they have always been dark grey figures. Walking past me, out of the corner of my eye, and lately more prominently. I “feel” them too. I can feel when I’m being watched, I have also been shoved, had air blown in my face, felt a hand on my leg, ect. I’ve only had two experiences of seeing spirits in bright white lights. Once as a child I was terribly ill and woke up and saw my bed was surrounded by tall white glowing people. They were discussing me, they looked concerned, and the one at the foot of my bed said “Shhhh, go back to sleep”. So, my question is…are these grey people spirits? Is that what you see? I think the tall white glowing people may have been angels….am I crazy?

What do spirits look like? Grey, white lights or like regular people?

Oh my gosh Spirits can present themselves in hundreds of ways! They can be a full-on person that you see right in front of you. They can be an outline of that person but you can still see who they are. They can just be a white or gray outline. They can just be orbs. There are so many ways that Spirits can present themselves that I can’t even list them LOL!

It depends on the spirit. How much energy they have, if they want you to see them, how strong your abilities are as well. Spirits are funny, they still have a lot of the same characteristics they had in life. If they were an outgoing,goofy person in life you can expect them to maybe show themselves a little clearer than someone that was shy, quiet and reserved. At least that’s been my experience. The stronger the personality the stronger they show themselves to me.

I noticed no one commented on the white light beings. Yes. Those are most likely angels. Aren’t they beautiful? Flowing white light.

I saw one of my guides as a cloudy mass.

In my experience, spirit looks like lots of things. Sometimes they look like actual living people, sometimes, like heat coming off of pavement, bright spots, dim spots, flashes of light or dark. There are so many variables between “their” abilities and “mine.”
Does that make sense?

My first experiences were with my grandfather, and the two times he physically presented he was a translucent blueish whole person. (For example, the first time I saw him was in a window reflection behind me when I was in the dark and no one else was there. I thought it was my brother behind me with his phone lighting up his face, but then when I turned he was gone.) my grandad has a weird way of presenting though, because he died young and tends to seemingly shift through life stages.
