I’m hoping somebody here can help me with my pendulum problem. Last night it started to give me incorrect answers along with shaking while it was swinging. I proceeded to cleanse overnight, and tried again this morning but it is still giving me incorrect answers. Could there possibly be something controlling it?

Of course there is something controling it. Its you. Maybe try cleanse yourself. If it keeps giving bad answers maybe its time to move to some other divination tool.

Always use an alternative form of divination to confirm.

Probably not. In my experience, pendulums are relatively unreliable, and they move from almost imperceptible movements in your arm. I made a yes/no/maybe method with my cards where I draw 3 for the single answer. So, pentacles and cups are yes, swords and wands are no, and major arcana is undetermined/maybe. If I receive all 3 of one that is a very definitive answer. If I receive 2 of one and 1 of the other it is a “soft yes,” or a “soft no,” or a “maybe that leans towards yes or no.” If I get one of each, it means rephrase the question. It’s worked a lot better for me than a pendulum.

If you find yourself asking about the same thing your pendulum will seem unreliable due to you expecting a particular response. Your energy and that of the pendulum is not working together.
If that’s not the case try a new form of divination. You can always go back to your pendulum at another time.

The answers come from you. The pendulum is a tool no more.

Wards and protection? Also, did you ask it for its natural yes and no positions?

Pendulums don’t work for me anymore. But when they did each individual pendulum had to be asked to show what a yes/no/maybe answer looked like before asking questions. Sometimes it’s the questions themselves that cause the pendulum to “misfire”. You can’t ask “nosey” questions about other people or get answers to things your not meant to know etc. Sometimes you just “outgrow” them and need to find another form of divination.

Honestly, I never got correct answers from my pendulum either. So I gave up. I am much better at tarot readings. 🙂
