AriannaParticipantI’m going to keep doing these because I learn so much about astrology! I asked about people’s Chiron an the NN placements recently but I am currently interested in the mid heaven!
My mid heaven is in Aries and I am completely lost when it comes to my career. My cancer sun wants to be a mom and my Aquarius moon help people heal. (I guess that’s a good reasoning for those things)
But then I have Aries in mid heaven so we’ll see what I’ll end up doing! I definitely like being independent and I’m always doing my own thing at work to get things done. I see the work and I do it.
I know there is more that influences the career but I am still learning about those other factors. Any help appreciated! It would be great to hear where y’all’s MC is and if you’ve learned about it and maybe even know what your career will be?
Thank you to everyone sharing their story with us ❤️ -

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amI’m an Aquarius MC. Uranus is also conjunct my MC so I think it influences these Aqua themes more, though my 10H is mostly Pisces. Still figuring out what exactly I want in terms of career, though I resonate with how Aqua MC doesn’t care for a typical 9-5 and has variety. That and my Pisces placements I need something more creative/independent, but also something where I feel like I’m making a difference. I don’t know if I’ve fully embraced/resonate with being a humanitarian (Aquarius) or a “healer” (Pisces but also Virgo since my NN is here) yet but hopefully I can forge a writing career for myself, whether it’s freelance or creative work! I also really like to travel, so if I could incorporate that into my career that would be awesome as well!

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amAnother MC Libra here lol! 1H Aqua Venus, I’m an illustrator and studying fine arts. Thanks to my Scorpio Chiron in the 10H things aren’t as smooth as I would like, but I’ve always felt inclined to creative and art related careers and in reality, that’s the only kind of jobs that I see myself really fitted for.

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amWasn’t really here to give input initially but I just wanted to say that I’ve enjoyed reading these posts you made about Chiron, NN and now MC these past few days. It helped me learn quite a bit through the comments. I wrote a lot in the NN post but I’ll share a little here as well.
My MC is also Leo like my 10th house NN so I’m definitely going to have to do something with me being in the forefront. My second strongest aspect to my midheaven is Venus Sextile Midheaven so my main career path I should choose will be heavily Venusian in nature, so like the arts, music, fashion, designing or anything of the sort. My strongest aspect in my chart is Chiron Trine MC so there’s that. Honestly I should do more research on that aspect because I’m unsure of it’s meaning.
Other things that could help me in regards to this are my Scorpio + Lilith Mars in the 1st house, 6th house stellium in Aries, which I do plan on being a fitness trainer at some point as a side job (Sun, Moon and Jupiter), my Venus in Gemini in the 8th House and Saturn in Taurus in the 7th. Also have Chiron and Pluto in Sag in the 2nd house.

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amMC in Leo in 11th house.
I’m working in the food industry, as a quality engineer. Quality is pretty much being loved and coordinating everyone so that everyone works well in the best conditions possible (11th house hello), and for that you need communication, charisma, positive energy (leo hello) that will make other people believe in you and follow you. I really like my job and I instantly felt like it was a perfect match for me, so when I started learning about my chart, it just made more sense ahah I’m also convinced I chose the food industry because of my cancer sun that wants to nurture people, while my taurus moon wants to feed them good healthy food.

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 am9th house MC in Aquarius, with it being ruled by Saturn in the 10th in Pisces—Last summer when Saturn briefly entered Aquarius I got super into witchcraft & occultism, and even started an occult tiktok account, but completely lost interest and dropped it at the start of July when Saturn retrograded back into Capricorn. Once it re-entered Aquarius I actually got into Astrology and have been studying it seriously since!
It’s interesting to me that it’s almost working like a Saturn return, even though mine shouldn’t be due for a few more years—maybe since Saturn is ruling the ninth and placed in the tenth it got a head-start?

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amMy MC is in Libra. I’m still learning to understand it better to be honest with you haha. I think it indicates that I will have a partner to help me climb the ranks? My Jupiter is in Leo and in my 8th house, so that also has an influence. I love the arts. 🙂

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amMoon in Gemini in 8th house
Mercury in Aries in 5th house
Venus in Taurus in 6th house
Jupiter in Virgo in 10th house
Saturn in Aquarius in 3rd house
North Node in Capricorn in 2nd house
Midheaven in Virgo
Mercury sextile Saturn
Venus trine Jupiter
Venus trine North Node
Venus trine Midheaven
Jupiter conjunct Midheaven
Jupiter trine North Node
North Node trine Midheaven
I want to be a writer. I’m hoping the North Node making a trine to my Midheaven means something, but there isn’t a lot I can find online. Still, as much as I’d love that reliable, stable paycheck, nothing beats pursuing my dreams and I’m privileged enough to have that chance to go for it. However, if I don’t do things right the first time, the potential for devastating financial hardship, and a decline in my mental health as a result, could mean consequences from which I never recover.
So, I’m proud to have Saturn in 3rd house. Is it easy? No, but I think the chances of hard work, research, time, and effort paying off are greater with the lessons that come with having this placement. I really have to know what I’m doing in order to succeed as a writer and there are a few factors working against me that make it difficult to tell how realistic the path I want to follow is.
First, there are my mental health conditions. Second, I live in the United States and everyone living in the US knows how brutal its “healthcare” system is. Third, having a career as a writer often means tons of rejection letters and a lot of competition from other people trying to become writers.
I’m currently on SSI. It’s possible for me to become a successful enough writer to be stripped of my benefits but not successful enough to afford the healthcare I need to be mentally stable. Losing SSI would be a tremendous blow to my capability to survive as a functional adult. If I don’t go for my dreams, however, it means I lock myself into poverty for the rest of my life and “the system” gets to remind me, until I die, of how little I matter compared to everyone that pays taxes and has a job for paying those taxes.
I’m in a tricky situation. I don’t often view myself as “competitive” enough to outdo the competition in any activity so I don’t know if I’d be a great writer or just some forgettable name with mediocre work.
On the other hand, I think my chart shows some potential for success. I’m also much closer to being a writer compared to any other career path or job and I’m always trying to improve myself as a writer too. I have been dealing with some crippling writer’s block since 2012, but it hasn’t stopped me from continuing to write. It’s definitely hindering progress for the time being though and what I am writing isn’t where I’d like it to be.
The money houses are strongly emphasized and often aspect each other. Uranus and Neptune in 2nd house, Sun and Venus in 6th house, and Jupiter in 10th house. My Taurus Sun makes a trine to both Uranus in Capricorn and Neptune in Capricorn. I also have Sun in Taurus making a square to Saturn in 3rd house. Jupiter is the ruler of my 2nd house with Venus as the ruler of my 6th house.
I think when my entire chart comes together, it makes sense that I want to be a writer. I’m interested in writing fiction, which is where the writer’s block is, but aside from that, there are still other things I’d like to write.

GuestMarch 15, 2021 at 7:32 amSo curious how everyone say their MC is in 9th or 11th house – always assumed MC is whatever sign is in the 10th house. And to be honest I’m a Pisces MC and I’m lost af.
