Fire signs: Sagittarius

Sagittarius is the odd one out because they tend to be less competitive and doesn’t worry about being number one unlike Aries and Leo. They also tend to be less possessive than the rest of the fire signs. Plus they are the only fire sign that is half human/half horse while the rest are straight up animals.

Earth signs: Virgo

Virgo is the odd one out because they tend to care about materialism less unlike Taurus and Capricorn. They also tend to analyze and stay in their heads more than the other Earth signs. Also if you can convince a Virgo about something they can easily change their minds unlike Taurus and Capricorn. Plus they are the only Earth sign that is represented by a human while the rest who are animals.

Air signs: Aquarius

Aquarius is the odd one out because they tend to like to be alone and enjoy their own company unlike Gemini and Libra. They also tend to be less superficial and gossipy than the other Air signs. Also, sometimes they can come across as so stubborn in their beliefs and sometimes introverted which is not an Air sign trait.

Water signs: Scorpio

Scorpio is the odd one out because they tend to keep their emotions to themselves (even though they are emotional) and don’t like to wear their heart on their sleeves unlike Cancer and Pisces. They also tend to be aggressive and like power more than the other water signs. Can also have a mean streak more than Cancer and Pisces who are known to be innocent and nice. Plus they are the only water sign that is represented by an insect while the others are represented by sea creatures.

As a virgo im extremely detail oriented, of course, and very intentional with decorating my home and the clothing I wear. Which can come across materialistic. I feel like with virgos being known for fashion and aestetic, I’m surprised you think they are the least materialistic.

The fact that no one is actually refuting this shows just how much stereatypical the entire zodiac community is. There are plenty of placements that can make an aries be less competitive or a pisces more emotionally detached.

Lol. My sun, moon, and rising are all odds ones out. All of what you said is about right on for my base personality. I’m not competitive at all, a strong introvert, and I had to learn to wear my heart on my sleeve a bit. I also had to learn to use my aggression at appropriate times (which is very rarely) and I do like power but I don’t seek it out and I like benevolent soft power… more in the form of encouraging guiding, directing, mentoring, and teaching when I do find myself in a leadership role. Since I’m not competitive, it’s like a cooperative power.

Very interesting! Your observations are similar to what I’ve noticed. I’d argue that Capricorn could be the odd one out for Earth Signs, from a personality perspective– they are the driest and cut-throat. I’ve seen posts where Virgos and Taurus mutually enjoy each other, but explain their distaste for Capricorns, usually because they rain on the parade.

Idk if I put cancer as innocent and nice so much as vulnerable under their shell. I think Pisces might be the odd one out as it’s the only one without an exoskeleton and some form of “defense.” Cancer has the claws and Scorpio has the claws and poison etc. I think Pisces as a mutable sign gets “washed out” by other chart placements in comparison to Cancer or Scorpio when they are there can be more noticeable.
