I have no idea if I selected the right flair but I tried looking up videos and resources on my own and my search only rendered results pertaining to ex-witches speaking out against satanism and a whole lot of Christian propaganda (no offense intended, it’s just not my vibe). So are there any trusted YT creators you know of who I could learn from?

Should also add I’m asking specifically for YouTube or free internet resources – I’m on a struct budget at the moment so books are on pause for now.

    Thanks everyone!

Hearth Witch is really incredible and no offense to other witchcraft creators she has to be my favorite one. Her practice is the most similar to mine and it’s just so easy to learn from her, but there are a lot of other good ones out there like Witch of Wonderlust, Chaotic Witch Aunt, Ivy the Occultist, The Green Witch, Ginny Metheral ( I’m pretty sure she’s Wiccan and I think the only one on my list who is Wiccan), Owlvine Green, Simply Witched, The Redheaded Witch, The Skeptical Witch, The Witches Cookery. Also you need to download some apps like amino and tumblr and going witchcraft pages and subreddits, also look up some witchcraft channels on twitch you can join. This will really really help you out.

There are multiple libraries of book PDFs floating around this and other occult subs. Money is no obstacle to finding books if you know where to look (starting with the sidebar in this sub and some subreddit searches).

Books are also going to be much more reliable than YouTube content. Keep in mind that the primary goal of content creators is to continually pump out new content – the accuracy and quality of that content has very little affect on their monetary stream beyond how it affects subscriber count. Every single content creator out there, whether they are on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, has an agenda. If they have over 1000 subscribers, they are getting paid for creating content on a frequent basis and are incentivized to make the content more dramatic, divisive, and alarming in order to keep eyes on their channel and attract more viewers. Quantity and frequency goes further than quality after a certain point. Keep this in mind when you consume this content.
