🚓 Crime Scene Investigation: Part 1 👮

It was a rainy night, and the police had just arrived to the residence of an elderly gentleman who had called in about suspicious activity going on in the neighborhood. The gentleman, Mr. Leslie, claimed that a group of individuals stood underneath a street lamp in front of the house next door forty-five minutes prior to him calling, and though he wasn’t able to tell exactly what was going on between them, it seemed as if they were conducting a meeting of some sort. Each individual wore a black raincoat, a pair of black rain boots, and a black hat with a wide enough brim to conceal their faces.

Mr. Leslie then went on to say that, after about twenty minutes, the group dispersed, with each member going in their own direction — one member heading up the walkway that lead to the front door of his neighbor’s house. He stated that he watched intently — holding his cellphone in one hand, prepared to call the authorities, if needed — as the person approached the doorstep of his neighbor’s home. He had no clue of what was going to happen next.

Finally, Mr. Leslie told police that there was a loud crash, and moments later, a horrifying scream could be heard coming from the neighbor’s residence. That’s when Mr. Leslie quickly dialed authorities and waited for their arrival. He hoped that they would show up soon.

After receiving this information, the police thanked Mr. Leslie and headed over to the house next door. It was still raining outside, so they walked with haste, in order to not get soaked. Luckily, it wasn’t a long walk before they reached the home, and upon walking up the steps and entering through the front door, they came face to face with a horrible scene …
