    Last night I failed to receive my next clue… Focusing on shocking my own chakra’s, I need to make some adjustments to the program.

    The Chakras are energy centers in the body that move and renew energy with breath to prevent stagnation and blockages in communication channels. What and where blockages are in the chakra’s don’t matter and do not need to be analyzed, just simply cleaned and maintained to function properly. (For now). The chakra’s are seven spots along the spine (one above the head) because the spine connects the brain…and the Collective to the rest of the body. When the spine is aligned, chakras are clear, and breath is united with intuition…this activate your CLAIRS!

    Clear seeing – Clairvoyance

    Clear Hearing – Clairaudience

    Clear Feeling – Clairsentience

    Clear Tasting – Clairgustance

    Clear Smelling – Clairalience

    The Clairs are the most basic psychic function accessible to anyone who put a little effort in to working with the sense and physical body. Once the Clairs are active…the next message comes!

    **Troubleshooting:**

    1. The Spine needs to be aligned!

    Lets try to think of this on a practical level, lets say I give you a ball of paper and tell you to hold it in your hand all day. Holding the ball of paper it in a claw is going to distract the mind many times saying, “Hey you know you are holding a ball of paper, right?” Your fingers and knuckles maintaining the closed hand position for too long is going to cramp the hand, even after holding the ball of paper. Lastly you will be carrying the responsibility of keeping safe the ball of paper, a piece of garbage (thoughts and feelings) that is not yours! You need to let GO of the paper ball so you can focus on you!

    The best yoga positions to align. clear, and strengthen your spine are:

    * Downward Facing Dog
    * Child Pose (love this one can sit in it for hours)
    * Cow
    * Sphinx
    * Standing Side Bend
    * Sitting Side Twist

    Do them! Even little kids stretch before gym class…Now try sitting on the floor in cross legs and attempt to balance that light pole better.

    2. Activating your Intuition

    Did you know when you purchase crystals you must clean them by leaving them in the sunlight and charging them by moonlight. You also better check your astrology calendar because whatever planet is in play, that is the energy that will activate your crystal! I forgot when playing with your energy centers and intuition it helps if they are plugged in and turned on!

    There is a technique in yoga called making energy balls by rubbing your hands together. This is real and want you to keep practicing until you actually create an energy ball. I don’t want you to think you feel one, or visualize you are holding one, I want you to feel the outside of it and the energy within it between your hands.

    Now with the energy ball in your hands, I want you to stretch your arms above your head and “Light-up” your intuition channel. Think of your spine like a candle wick running through your body, and you are bringing flame to the top of your head, and lighting the wick. It will burn long and smooth because we aligned the wick in the first part.

    3. Meditation Sucks…for developing psychic abilities!

    Meditation does calm thoughts and feelings, but this is what we use breath for, once you achieve “mindfulness” you need to keep going! I want you to start learning self-hypnosis! Meditation does not take you deep enough where we need to go. You need to be able to both guide and fly at the same time. I hypnotize myself all the time, mostly for practice to see if it can be done. You know that part when you are counting down from 10 and going deeper…I need you to learn to do this yourself! This will keep you task focused and train your mind to “go psychic” by simply saying, “be psychic” or “go under”.

    I have to write a script… sorry “they” need to write a script, but first need to know what the intention is before writing it. For now practice hypnotizing yourself by being able to get to 1 without distraction, falling asleep or waking yourself up.

    The objective right now is actually finding your intuition channel, aligning your spine, clearing thoughts and feelings with breath, and lighting your wick with energy balls to activate chakras and clear psychic senses.
