    This was made in Sketchbook Pro on a Cintiq tablet. For those who don’t know (which is basically everyone) Pathologic is an extremely obscure and weird Russian indie game. The deck is based on the standard Rider-Waite designs, just with the Pathologic characters/locations/iconography instead.
