I will start by saying, my deck Is fucking sassy. No holding back. It will insult me on the daily.
Yesterday I found out my BF lied to me, and I handled it OK, but we did argue a bit. We normally have wonderful communication and a great relationship. I wanted to do a read on how I should handle it or if I handled it poorly.
I got the queen of pentacles
I’m interpreting this as I should take it with a grain of salt and appreciate what I have.
What do you think?

I see queen of pentacles as a nurturing figure and grounding especially with the pentacle suit representing earth sign energy,
, I would say maybe the advice would be to remain practical,calm, and realistic regarding the way you react, as well as figuring out internally your next move .
I think it would also depend on the surrounding cards -
The queen of pentacles in a romantic relationship would cause me to reassess whether I’m fulfilling a romantic or a motherly role in the partnership. It’s just a very matronly card, to me.
In context, I think your deck is probably telling you that you did a good job, and that perhaps you were able to communicate some sort of lesson to your bf — meaning he really understood his error and won’t be making it again. It may even be suggesting that you were *extra* gentle with him when you didn’t necessarily have to be — this isn’t something you should have had to teach him and you would have been in the right to be less kind about it, but it’s good that you were able to react with love.

In my Game of Thrones deck, the Queen of Pentacles is Olenna Tyrell. I think you handled it and lived up to her quite well!

The Queen of Pentacles is also about biding your time, careful and patient planning. She is no fool, and sometimes counsels “tough love”. The next time your BF lies and you find out, hand him all the rope he needs to hang himself (figuratively speaking) and then decide whether or not a relationship without honesty is worth it.

Side questions from a beginner: do you have other decks that aren’t sassy? It seems very satisfying to get strong statements from a deck, but maybe that’s just a beginner’s perspective. And “how I should handle it or if I handled it poorly” sounds like two very different questions (future vs past) so the card could represent two different answers? In this case were you really asking both questions, or did it just come out that way in your post?

For me, it means you can do this for yourself, start making plans and keep things close to your heart.
For him, you can try to be nurturing/ mothering- make him meals, clean your house/his house, beautify the home, make your environment warm and loving.
