Hi I'm a fairly new witch and have only been practicing 5 months and recently I've noticed that everytime I do any kind of magic or even interact with anything of the sort I start feeling sick.
Yesterday I was putting one of my spell jars in a bowl so it could charge and I started feeling like I was going to throw up. It's even been happening with the smallest things and it's been about a month.
I'm very confused at what could cause this as since yesterday I've been feely icky and it won't go away.
An answer to what the fuck is causing this would be very appreciated. And sorry if this doesn't make sense as I am autistic.
