I may not be able to help you but I can offer a few suggestions:
– Meditate and learn to create boundaries. Spirits visiting in your sleep and forcing you to feel their despair seems like a violation to your energy. Before you sleep, close your eyes and imagine a bright ray of light coming from above – the brilliant white/indigo light of love and let surround you. Let it fill the room. Communicate that you only accept loving energy into your space. Believe it.
– Seek emotional/mental health support. If you are indeed sensitive it will help you to become balanced. Negative emotions attract negative beings. If you AREN’T sensitive you will discover this during this process. My intuition is that you are. Only you will know for sure. Your first validation will likely come from yourself.
– As you develop and mature as a person so will abilities. Its important to start working through the grief, pain and fear as soon as you’re ready. If needed, do so with help and support. Counseling and therapy is OK. You can find support from people who are aware of energy and are open-minded.
– If you are feeling intuitively you indeed are sensitive and in tune, you may try and connect with your spirit guides. They are helpful.
Let me reiterate that mental health and emotional health are so very important. Take care of yourself. That is PRIORITY!
