An elven spirit guide???

I had a reiki session yesterday afternoon and was told that one of my spirit guides is an elf and that another is the Goddess Brigid. I know very little about either of them and would love some insight.

Elves are elementals. They are graceful in how they speak. Perhaps Are you close to nature? Do you feel compassion towards animals? Do you work outside or notice trees, birds, or flowers more?

Goddess Brigid reminds me of healing and creativity. Does this align with you?
