Hi! I just want to thank anyone who takes time to read this and may help me understand what in the heck is going on —

    a little background:

i believe that i’ve begun *some percentage* of my awakening within the past year

    i am an empath

    ive got strong intuition

    i read tarot

i have also recently been attempting spirit box sessions with spirit

    Storytime:

I am no artist, i can hardly draw a stick figure, haha. My handwriting isn’t great, so its not a hobby of mine to doodle, etc. – But: Lately ive been feeling the urge to to pick up a piece pf paper and just draw shapes and circles – its the oddest thing. I havent actually done it, bc i think to myself like “well what would I even go to draw, just these random shapes that i feel inclined to draw?” Am i going crazy, or does anyone have any clue what this could mean during an awakening? The main shape i see is a figure 8.

From my experience, following your urges leads to transformation somehow. Or someone is trying to contact you. Try find the answers within.

    You should look up ‘Scrying’

8 means a lot but it depends on the context so you have so much more to experience before the picture starts to form.

Don’t rush it, enjoy the new discoveries every day like a 4 year old learning about the world

    The awe

    The wonder

It’s a blessing to have an opportunity to experience the world in a new light, savour it!

It helps to have a theme you are exploring, fron what I can tell. A theme is something to keep

I think you should just do it. There is a thing called scrying so it wouldn’t be a crazy thing at all. You just don’t understand what you may end up drawing could mean but thankfully the internet probably has answers! just go do it! My biggest thing in my own awakening is following those strong urges and trusting in them…that’s the universe pulling you to what you are called to do.

This isn’t necessarily supernatural. At the same time, I don’t see the harm in picking up an artistic skill. Grow as a creative and you’ll grow as a person too. 🙂

thank you all so very much! I’m going to be researching ‘Scrying’ and most likely attempting to follow this urge and see if it is indeed supernatural. I really appreciate all of the advice.

I’m a long time doodler. Different colours, shapes, sweeping curves or triangles, empty lines or crowded with fill-ins. Based on my drawings I could divine what mood what I was in or how how I was feeling. A very self reflective practice and a little like reading tea leaves. What’s REALLY interesting is what sort of pictures you get when you visualize another person and their energy.

I believe I’ve begun my awakening also, along with empath, intuition, and other things. I’ve had strong urges to draw in the last month. You’d be surprised what you can draw. I thought I was only a stick figure drawer too. I surprised myself. It took me hours to try to figure out what to draw but once I did, I did it really good.
